Renewal dates, grace periods and reminders are calculated from available records and may be incomplete, delayed or incorrect where a registry publishes late or amends a date.

Monitoring your own deadlines remains your responsibility. Ascendum is not liable for any lapsed, abandoned or cancelled right.

Analyses, deadline calculations and draft responses to examiner queries are working aids. They are not legal submissions until reviewed, adopted and filed by the responsible qualified practitioner.

Ascendum gives no assurance that any response will overcome an objection, opposition or refusal.

Ascendum operates a neutral listing venue. It is not a broker, dealer, agent, auctioneer or fiduciary for any buyer or seller, does not verify listing content, ownership, chain of title, encumbrances or revenue claims, and is not party to any sale.

Buyers and sellers must complete their own due diligence and take their own legal, tax and accounting advice. GMV and pricing figures are informational only and are not offers, valuations or guarantees of a sale.

Milestone and escrow features are administrative tracking tools. Ascendum is not a bank, escrow agent, trustee, money transmitter or licensed financial institution, and does not hold client money in that capacity.

Funds move through regulated third-party providers under their own agreements. Ascendum gives no guarantee of closing, transfer of title, release of funds or performance by any counterparty.

The platform is operated from the United States and serves users worldwide. Using it involves cross-border transfer and processing of your data as described in the privacy notice.

Availability of any service in any country is not an offer, solicitation or representation that the service is lawful, licensed or suitable in that country. You are responsible for compliance with your own local law, sanctions and export controls.
